PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
YASC CONFERENCE LONDON
WIN A YARDI HEALTH CHECK (WORTH £10,000) OR THREE FREE YARDI CONSULTANCY DAYS
1. This prize draw is organised by 5th Street Limited of International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2BN. Company registration number 12544962.
2. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be accepted. Start time 08:00am on the 8th November 2022. Close time 23:59pm on the 9th November 2022.
3. This prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Enter at the 5th Street Limited stand at the YASC Conference, London or online on the 5th Street Limited website.
4. 5th Street Limited will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged regardless of cause. For the avoidance of any doubt, 5th Street Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
5. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, a copy of which have been made available for you to read prior to your entry submission. If you have any questions, please email contact@5thstreet.co.uk before entering the prize draw.
6. 5th Street Limited reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, 5th Street Limited may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
7. Unless otherwise stated, this prize draw is open to all except employees of the 5th Street Limited, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
8. Entrants must be 18 or over.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
10. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
11. 5th Street Limited reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
12. A winner will be chosen by random draw (performed by a computer process) within one month of the prize draw ending.
13. The winner will receive details of the prize.
14. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond to 5th Street Limited within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and 5th Street Limited will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 5th Street Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond 5th Street Limited control makes it necessary to do so.
16. The prize is a Yardi Health Check (worth £10,000) or three free Yardi consultancy days.
17. The decision of 5th Street Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
18. 5th Street Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. 5th Street Limited is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and 5th Street Limited Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://5thstreetglobal.com/privacy-policy/5thStreet_-_Data_Protection_Policy.pdf. You agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by 5th Street Limited to administer the prize draw. See also condition 22 with regards to the announcement of the winner.
20. These prize draw terms and conditions are governed by English law and all entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. Insofar as is permitted by law, 5th Street Limited will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of 5th Street Limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.
22. 5th Street Limited must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, 5th Street Limited will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails contact@5thstreet.co.uk or writes to 5th Street Ltd, International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct,
London EC1A 2BN (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact 5th Street Limited on contact@5thstreet.co.uk. In such circumstances, 5th Street Limited must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
