STEP 1: DISCOVERY

If implementing a new Yardi system, we analyse your business goals and current processes through a series of structured workshops and our discovery questionnaire. By fully understanding your business case and both on- and off-system processes, we ensure you fully realise your Yardi business case.

If optimising an existing Yardi system, we carry out an in-depth review of your existing Yardi system, using this insight to inform discovery workshops that delve into your Yardi experience to date, identifying issues, enhancement opportunities, and any sub-optimal processes to be improved.

STEP 2: DESIGN

We identify specific design points to ensure Yardi is customised to your unique needs, considering both your requirements and their impact on the design. We use insights gathered during discovery to create a tailored implementation approach and optimal Yardi configuration plan that aligns perfectly with your business processes and goals.

STEP 3: CONFIGURATION

We configure Yardi to align with your optimal design, scaling from baseline to complex configurations based on your specific business needs. Every configuration is validated in collaboration with Yardi’s in-house team to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

STEP 4: TRAINING

Our training approach combines SME and end-user sessions tailored to your business and learning styles. Led by personable, engaging, and enthusiastic trainers, our team brings deep system knowledge and client-side experience, ensuring relatable, practical training. We focus on making content relevant to your team, aligning training content to your processes, addressing challenges, and responding to complex user questions in real time.

STEP 5: TESTING

Our testing aligns with your operations, identifying key business scenarios and prioritising critical ones based on Day 1 impact and risk. We prioritise quality and minimise client burden by combining thorough internal unit testing, integration and end-to-end testing with a fully managed User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) process.

Our team carries out rigorous testing of your Yardi system before UAT to ensure its readiness. UAT itself is then meticulously managed, with provided test scripts and on-site support to assist clients in identifying and resolving any issues.

STEP 6: DEPLOYMENT

We provide comprehensive support during deployment, assisting your team in transferring the configuration to your live environment. We coordinate the deployment through a thorough cutover plan and can even support communication to your business to enhance user adoption. You can expect clear configuration documentation and a fully supported process with both on-site and online assistance.

STEP 7: HYPERCARE

Our hypercare and post-go-live support ensures that our consultant team is available for at least four weeks post go-live to address any queries and to provide hands-on support. We can facilitate a seamless handover to your ongoing support team to ensure your team is empowered for success or can look to onboard the 5th Street support team as your ongoing help desk provider.
